All products sold on TheDancingGreetings.com are custom-made digital videos delivered by email. No physical items are shipped.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

The video was not delivered due to an error on our side

The delivered video contains a significant deviation from the information you provided
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
